Active accounts, including freelancers and interns, administrators excluded. A closed account no longer counts, even though it keeps access to its vault. Headcount changed? The change applies the following month, never retroactively — up as well as down. There are no thresholds: each employee counts five euros.
What belongs to the product is included from the first euro. What belongs to your own machine is a service, at a fixed price, and is sold whatever your size.

Fixed price
What takes time on your own installation: setting it up, bringing your data over, stepping in quickly. Bounded in advance — a fixed price, a rate, a pack of hours — rather than a commitment whose size nobody knows.
Support covers Toutadmin. It does not cover your hosting: a PHP version to change, folder permissions, a mail server to configure, a firewall closing a port are your host’s business, and they know them better than we do. We tell you what is missing and why — that is what the setup wizard is for, naming every requirement and its remedy. If you would rather not deal with it, assisted setup exists for that.

One key, pasted once at installation. It opens both your licence and your updates, and renews itself every night.

Nothing is erased, nothing is encrypted, nothing is hidden. Even in read-only, signing in, the full export, backups and your former employees' vault stay open. You are a data controller under the GDPR: you must be able to leave with your data at any time. An unpaid invoice is settled with a phone call, not by holding payslips hostage.
Some hosting has no route to the outside at all. We then issue an offline licence, which covers the whole subscription and is renewed by file. The trade-off is stated up front: an offline licence cannot be revoked before it expires.
The first five employees are free, always. Above that, €5 per employee per month. No credit card to try.
